Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Contact our concierge to receive a pre-paid возврата label.
2In-Store Drop Off
Customers in Islamabad may personally return luxury items to our boutique for immediate store credit processing.
3Condition Requirements
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and security seals intact. Fragrances and beauty items must be unopened.
4Final Sale Items
Please note that personalized items and certain intimate collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Numa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stringent quality control assessments upon inspection.
